proHRO Membership

proHRO membership is by invitation only. Are you a recognized expert in the field of HRO or reliable performance? Than you are invited to apply for a proHRO membership. proHRO members get:

1. Access to a network with really experienced HRO/reliability experts
2. Yellow pages with detailed profile, background, experience and current interests of each member and member corporations
3. Web based exchange of tools and methods, cases and examples, tips and questions
4. Opportunities to directly approach other members for further learning and support
5. Monthly virtual meeting
6. Yearly face-to-face meeting
7. The possibility to create special interest or research groups to further develop the HRO practice, methodologies and expertise

How to become a member?
Are you interested to become a proHRO member? Send us your short CV on your HRO experience and knowledge and name two people of the network who recommend you as a proHRO member. The proHRO Board decides on your application.

What are the costs of a proHRO membership?
proHRO is still in development. A proposal about the membership conditions will be discussed at the second day of the conference.

proHRO Board Membership
For organizations and companies, proHRO offers the opportunity to become a member of the proHRO Board. proHRO Board members sponsor proHRO and give direction for the networks’ development. The proHRO Board meets twice a year. It decides about new memberships, new activities, new research topics and plans the yearly proHRO Conference. Do you want to engage as a proHRO Board Member?
